1. About This Platform

This platform ("the System") is operated by Activ8 Global Logistics Ltd ("Activ8", "we", "us"). It is made available to authorised staff, warehouse operators, shippers, and consignees for the purpose of managing freight receipt, booking-in, consolidation, and shipment visibility. Access is granted on a role-specific basis and is subject to these terms.

2. Authorised Use

You may use the System only for lawful purposes directly related to your business relationship with Activ8. You must not:

• share your login credentials with any other person;
• attempt to access areas of the System for which you do not have permission;
• use the System to upload, transmit, or store any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful content;
• interfere with or disrupt the System, its servers, or connected networks;
• attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or extract data beyond your authorised scope.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify Activ8 immediately at support@activ8.org.uk if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Accuracy of Data

You are responsible for the accuracy of any data you enter into the System. Activ8 accepts no liability for errors arising from inaccurate or incomplete information submitted by users. Duplicate entry warnings are provided as an aid and do not guarantee the detection of all duplicate records.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, design, and content forming part of this System is the intellectual property of Activ8 Global Logistics Ltd and/or its technology partners. Nothing in these terms grants you any ownership or licence to copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the System.

6. Availability

We will use reasonable endeavours to keep the System available during normal business hours. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may carry out maintenance, upgrades, or emergency work at any time. Activ8 is not liable for any losses arising from periods of unavailability.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Activ8 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the System. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination of Access

Activ8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the System at any time, without notice, where we reasonably believe you have breached these terms or where your business relationship with Activ8 has ended.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the System after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will endeavour to notify you of material changes via the System or by email.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
